Who doesn't love online shopping? And one new thing we are obsessed with is shopping on Instagram! The fun of hunting for new labels and small businesses that retail the most fantastic outfits. And as a bride, we know that you want to know all that is trending and all the hidden gems. Since there are a lot of sellers out there and labels who showcase and sell their outfits on Instagram so we asked a few recent brides to give us the deets on their fave *secret* shops on Insta which are dependable for a pretty outfit. So for all your festive and bridal needs, here are some highly recommended Insta-stores!
It has to be Crafted by Binks. It’s this online tailoring/design studio which creates the most epic outfits and blouses without going anywhere. I love it because I got my pre-wedding saree blouses done from them and they did a fabulous job. You can even get lehengas stitched, dresses and even kurtas. Love them!
My Instagram store recommendation would be Sanjh Label. I found them via reels and I cannot be happier about my late-night doom scrolling. They have suits, festive gowns, and lehengas that I love. The price is also good, not very expensive and not cheap so I know they use good quality fabric. I use them for gifting too, they are that good.
Found them via an influencer and I am hooked. It’s called Raisin and they do such amazing outfits. I am a fan of their fusion sets that are so different from your usual anarkalis and typical salwar suits. Work is also good so highly recommended.
This one is for saris, especially silk and Paithani ones. The store is Very Much Indian and has a huge collection of the prettiest silk saris. They are very different from usual stores and have unique sari designs. I bought my post-wedding pooja sari and everyone loved it than all my wedding outfits. If you are comfortable with online sari shopping, this is the Instagram store I would go to.
I got my haldi outfit from The Blessed Wardrobe from Instagram and also my gifts for my bridesmaids. They have such an amazing collection for indo western outfits that me and my friends love. They have outfits under that start from 2k onwards which is so so good. Definitely recommend them!
It has to be Pita Nila. We got my mum’s mehendi saree from here and the compliments she got! After that I think me and my sister have picked up sarees, blouses and kurta sets from them like there is no tomorrow. Totally recommend brides-to-be to check this Insta store if you like organza. We are total fans!
While deciding for outfits for the big day, we started with "let's not go for any big label names". No harm there, but we were sure that we actually did not have a lakh or two each to spend only on our outfits. So we decided on a color scheme, and my Reception Lehenga was an all-gold one by Twisted Threads.
I am legit in love with The Rose Girl! After all, it's so unique! They have handprinted clothing and what I love about this is that it looks so amazing and stands out- I mean, they have the most gorgeous dupattas!
Raunikas Couture has some pretty outfits for every occasion- and what's better is that they also have the option of taking appointments. Plus, they ship worldwide, which was a huge advantage for brides like me sitting abroad!
Lucknowi Andaaz has some intricate, unique & one-of-a-kind handcrafted Chikankari apparel for women- and I got 1-2 outfits from them for my trousseau. They have some very pretty outfits combining Chikankari with gota patti and other work, and are priced really well and are quite affordable!
